Thea Larsen

Thea Larsen comes to Willow Creek Charter School, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience of 25 years teaching children. California born, but now an Arizona resident of 8 years, Mrs. Larsen has moved from Phoenix to reside in Prescott with her husband David.  
 

At the Academy of Math and Science for four years, Larsen has been given the honor of being Teacher of the Month twice, and data has shown the tremendous growth her students gained under her tutelage. 
 

Her love of teaching comes from being in a family of educators that span from great grandparents, to parents, siblings, and children. “Our legacy as a family has a passion to teach, listen, engage, and to make learning an enjoyable process.” 
 

Mrs. Larsen is also known for her Drama and Dance productions and performances, and she is eager to bring the benefits of these arts to Willow Creek Charter School. 
 

“I’m very excited to be here in Prescott with my husband, David and to be a part of the Willow Creek Family. As soon as I stepped onto campus and met the team, I knew this is where I want to be!”
