Katie Sevey

Katie Sevey is a dedicated and experienced educator with a passion for fostering a nurturing learning environment for students. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has served as our middle school teacher for the last 10 years. Ms. Sevey has a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.

Throughout her career, Ms Sevey has implemented innovative teaching strategies, collaborated with teachers and staff to develop curriculum, and created a positive school culture that emphasizes inclusivity and respect. She believes in the power of building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community to ensure a supportive and engaging educational experience.

Ms. Sevey is known for her  leadership skills and promotes a safe and inclusive school environment and  actively encourages parental involvement and communication, recognizing the importance of a strong home-school partnership in enhancing student achievement.

In her role as Willow Creek Charter School principal, Ms Sevey will strive to empower students to reach their full potential, cultivate a love for learning, and equip them with the necessary skills to become confident and responsible individuals. She is committed to providing a well-rounded education that embraces diversity, promotes critical thinking, and prepares students for future success.
